MIXON’S ORANGE MARMALADE GLAZE
This glaze is a great way to add some Florida flavor to any meat. Perfect for a summer BBQ!

1 Cup Mixon Orange Marmalade (available at Mixon’s store)
¼ cup Orange Blossom Honey (available at Mixon’s store)
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Dijon-Style Mustard

In a small saucepan, combine marmalade, honey, lemon juice, and mustard. Cook and stir until heated through. Use a glaze on ham, turkey, chicken, or pork. Any leftover can be used as a sauce.
