Chef William Manson
Since 1999 William Manson has been Head Chef of the BeachHouse Restaurant
in Bradenton Beach Florida. Will has worked for the Chiles Group on and off
for 16 of his 22 years in the industry. He started out, as many chefs have,
by washing dishes and developing basic food handling skills. Later on, Will
was given the opportunity to better himself by attending the prestigious Culinary
Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. He offers demonstrations on preparations
of mainly fresh quality seafood which is his favorite food to serve.
